How much can a heart take before it fully breaks? 

Have you ever felt as if you were stuck between a rock and a hard place? It's a common feeling, one that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. But we want to believe that there is always a way out, that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. We have all stood on the edge where we felt as if we are about to break. We have all faced challenges that seemed insurmountable. But it's important to remember that even in our darkest moments, there IS hope. There is always a way to deal with whatever life throws our way!! 

So how much can a heart take before it fully breaks? It's a question that many of us have asked ourselves at one point or another. But no matter how much pain we endure, our hearts are resilient. They have the capacity to heal and grow stronger with each challenge we face. So if you ever find yourself feeling trapped or overwhelmed, remember that there is always hope. There is always a way forward, even when it seems like there isn't. Keep pushing forward, keep believing in yourself, and know that brighter days are somewhere ahead. You are stronger than you think, and you will overcome whatever obstacles come your way. Stay strong, stay hopeful, and never give up on yourself. 

 

How can we stand tall when we're always forced to feel as if we have no choices? 

We all want our voices to be heard. In our minds, we live with these thoughts of hurt and disappointment. Disappointment we feel towards ourselves. We struggle and stress ourselves out trying to become or portray this image of this “perfect person” that our parents or loved ones want us to be. This only leads to a life of unhappiness, I guarantee you. But let me let you in on a little secret… NONE OF US HAVE GROWN TO BECOME WHAT OUR PARENTS WANTED US TO BE!!! And that's a fact!! But as humans, we all have our own mind and no matter what age, we all make our own decisions. We can only attempt to guide another human to make the right choices, but ultimately, they have to CHOOSE what decision they will make. AND YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT!!! So why then would you pressure yourself into becoming what OTHER PEOPLE want you to be? Do what thou wilt!!! I mean seriously, are THEY living your life or are YOU going to live it??

Life often places us in situations where we feel caught between opposing forces, like a rock and a hard place. It’s during these moments that our resilience is tested, and we search for a way out. The human heart, both metaphorically and literally, can endure immense pressure. It’s astonishing how much emotional weight it can bear before it feels like it might shatter. But just remember, whenever you feel like that, seeking support from friends, family, or a professional can make a significant difference. Don't go at it alone.
