BANKBOI
AUDIO HIGHLIGHT
Another phenomenal release from Black Heart Music Entertainment's newest hip-hop artist, Bankboi. The New Orleans rapper isn't the usual southern emcee!!! This man is ahead of the competition by miles, and with his affiliation to The BHM Conglomerate solidified, expect nothing but great things to come from Bankboi (including his highly anticipated debut album!!)
The Bankboi Bio
BANKBOI
Songwriter, Recording & Performing Artist, Activist & Business Owner
To absolutely no one's surprize, Black Heart Music Entertainment's newest addition to their all-star roster is none other than the New Orleans emcee, Bankboi. Why is this not a surprize, you ask? Well, they say that birds of the same feathers flock together, and A-1 is known to employ the country's most diabolical but lyrically talented musicians that the industry has ever been forced to deal with. And I'm talkin scary characters such as Lil face, a well-known trigger man in the streets of the west coast (whom unfortunately was killed not too long ago), and Arkansas's own 3LUSHOOZ (pronounced "Blue Shoes"), a producer, manager, and feared figure in the southern hip-hop scene whom everyone around there calls "The Suge Knight of The South"!!! Not to mention A-1's own state AND federal records, homicide investigations, and everything else. Now Bankboi joins the fold, also with an ugly past of his own that he struggles to move forward from. But if there's one thing about A-1 Thee Assas'n and The BHM Conglomerate, it's that they can definitely give you the mentorship you need along with the right tools to turn your life around if you sincerely desire that change. And I must admit, A-1 Thee Assas'n's record speaks for itself (and no, not his police record, LOL). I'm referring to his company's record of "criminal reform", so to speak. From XiX to OG Eddie MF Kane, to Bloodflow, once an artist devotes their allegiance with A-1, their criminal activities either decrease tremendously or become virtually non-existent altogether. When A-1 was asked about this statistical phenomenon he simply shrugged it off with a statement saying, "That wasn't me that did that. How could I take credit for that? No one can!!! That's just the power of the spirit of music!!!"
With aggressive lyrical content and a pain so real that you can feel it when he speaks, Bankboi has positioned himself to be the Black Heart Boss of the South now that he's fully endorsed and backed by the goons from the Mafia Gang. A-1 Thee Assas'n admits that he struck gold when Bankboi was brought to his attention by unknown sources. He promptly wasted no time contacting the artist himself, even giving him his personal cell number to assure him of how serious he was about possibly working with him. A couple of phone calls later and the pair have been tight ever since.
Bankboi, a seasoned street emcee born in the early 80's, was raised on West Coast gangsta rap and underground southern hip-hop, so naturally, the harmony of his vocals mixed with the A-1 sound is nothing short of literal perfection. Though he's been compared to other popular Southern rappers such as Lil Boosie, there's no denying Bankboi's commanding presence, talent, or originality when he steps behind the mic. Newly released Singles "Nola Flow", "Feelings", and "Hustle" are but a small example of the sound we can expect from his forthcoming album project, "Me vs. Me", scheduled for release later in 2026.
