Yeah, I already know what you're thinkin'… “What the fuck? A-1's going back to jail AGAIN??”… Well, even though, yes, it is a possibility, it's not set in stone just yet. And only just a week and a half ago I was under the impression that it was a definite thing due to the bitch ass judge (who doesn't like me anyway) looking me directly in my face and telling me that my misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license carried “mandatory jail time”. That's a direct quote from the judge. Now, keep in mind that the court date when the judge told me this just took place April 24th of 2024, in Kansas. My next court date is May 8th, 2024. Today is Monday, May 6th. I've been scrambling trying to get things lined up and in order business-wise for fear of this broad throwing me in jail in a couple of days and ruining some extremely lucrative business deals I have on the table at the moment. 

Who Am I ???

For those who may not know, I'm A-1 Thee Assas'n, a Hip-Hop recording artist, publisher, producer, entrepreneur, and the CEO of The BHM Conglomerate. And even though I went straight and left my old occupation of dealing drugs alone, my previous reputation precedes me, and that's how I am STILL judged by the cops and local judges in this piece of shit town I live in, despite the fact that I've been clean for almost seven years now, been in NO trouble ( with the exception of this misdemeanor ticket for driving without a license), but I haven't missed one single appointment with my P.O, I've done everything asked of me, I've never failed a U.A, and I've managed to educate myself and open and operate SEVERAL small businesses simultaneously and independently!!! I mean fuck, what else do I gotta do to show these fuckers I'm NOT the same person they knew years ago? Seems to me like they DO see it and STILL have an agenda to ruin my life!!! What the fuck?!!? They never want to see anybody doing better, they'd rather see us back in prison!!

So This Is How The Shit Happened…

I had to go to the sheriff's office to meet with my P.O a few Thursday's ago, Moms The Muscle was out of state at this time and I was waaaay too sick to walk across town, so I took the other car to make it to my appointment. Afterwards, as I was walking to the car, which was parked on a back street one block away from the sheriff's office, a police cruiser was approaching the stop sign directly ahead and to the left of the way my car was facing. The officer then stopped at the stop sign, but instead of continuing on he sat there. I paid him no attention and opened the car door and climbed inside. As I got situated and chose the music selection, the cop still sat at the stop sign. I didn't know what he was doing over there, but I wasn't worried either. He could have been texting his mistress, or updating his profile on Grindr for all I give a shit. LOL. But I didn't think he was stalking ME. I mean, why would he? I don't give them any trouble. I'm not on their radar. But it turns out, he WAS stalking me. Or should I say, HARASSING ME!!!

Once I had the music goin and everything set, I pulled off, headed back to my house. To my surprize, once I took off, the officer instantly turned my direction to get behind me. I glanced in the mirror and made a right turn, then another right turn, only to witness the cop make the same maneuvers and continue to follow me. A few blocks up as we approached a red light I decided to make a left turn, so I merged into the turning lane to wait for the light to change, and guess who also moves over to turn left right behind me? Of course, the fuckin cop. But he still hasn't hit his lights. Not that I was doing anything illegal to lawfully get pulled over for anyway, but maybe that's what he was hoping for. I don't know. But when the light turned green we both advanced to the left and traveled that road for a short time, into the residential area with the cop still tailing directly behind me. My home was but a few blocks away but the policemen was still on my ass. Then 3 blocks, then two, and then I was literally a few feet from my house and hit the blinker to turn, and THAT'S when the fuckin cop hit his lights. So i completed the turn and pulled over directly in front of my driveway, blocking the entrance, LITERALLY IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!!! When the officer approached the car I immediately asked what the problem was?!!? He gave some bullshit excuse about me not using my blinker 100 feet before the turn, and then said “And you have a suspended license”. He hasn't even asked me my name or for an ID yet, so he knew EXACTLY who I was, but without running my credentials he wouldn't have known my license was suspended. Shit, for all he knew, I could've paid my fine and had my license reinstated already. But I knew what this was all about. I was being targeted and harassed!!! Blatantly!!! And after searching me and trying to find any and every little thing to book me for (which of course there was none because I don't deal or do drugs anymore, the car is all legal, the insurance is current, etc), he settled with the absolute most minor thing he could citate me for, which was the driving on a suspended. But instead of giving me a ticket he lied to me and said “he had to arrest me”. Fuckin LIES!!! I know for a fact that THE OPTION of arresting a citizen for driving with a suspended license is left to the discretion of THE POLICE OFFICER!!! So again, he did NOT have to arrest me. I told him to his face that he was lying and that I knew that he doesn't need to arrest me, especially since I was literally standing in my front yard anyway. But the piece of shit arrested me anyway…

…WHAT THE FUCK ?!!?

Now, I've been out of prison for almost two years now with absolutely no trouble. I am set to be released from parole EARLY due to me NOT being in any trouble the entire time. My early parole release is only a few months away, then I'd be free and off papers. And for those of you familiar with the rules of parole, you should know that if this judge gives me this “mandatory jail time”, it would be an automatic violation of my parole!! Meaning that right before I'm set to be released off paper they are about to not only violate me over a fucking misdemeanor, but since I gotta do jail time, they are going to send me back to prison for an undisclosed amount of time. To say that I'm extremely pissed off and frustrated would be an understatement. This bullshit misdemeanor ticket carries a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 1 year in jail. But with 6 or 7 felonies and 4 prison sentences under my belt, I highly doubt the bitch will give me the minimum and let me go in 5 days. You feel me? And even if she did, it still doesn't dismiss the parole violation. 

So what am I to do???……

……I started researching. I kept digging and digging, trying to find SOMETHING that can help me in this situation….And I found pure gold !!!…

This lying cunt of a judge is NOT “required” to give me mandatory jail time!!! That law has been changed!!! And even though the change of this law was fairly recent, it was still over a year ago!!! So that got me to wondering… in the span of a year, how many other people has she LIED TO telling them that they had to serve “MANDATORY JAIL TIME”?? And with her being a judge, shouldn't she be REQUIRED to stay up on the new laws and changes thereof?? Or is she in fact knowledgeable of the changes but playing her defendants for fools because no one hardly ever looks this shit up themselves to check, most people just take the judges word for it assuming that since she's the judge that she knows what she's talking about!??! Well, not A-1!!! I don't like or trust these city officials because the majority of em are dirty and do backroom favors for each other and make deals with one another gambling the freedoms of the clients they supposedly represent. And truth be told, some of them, police too, are buying “products” from “street pharmacist” !!! I won't mention any names on this blog, but they know who they are… And they know that I know!!!

Long story short…. I found an article on the Kansas Legal Services website explaining that the old law of “Mandatory Jail Time” has been REMOVED!!! And even though it may seem as if this is an automatic win, I assure you that it's not that cut and dry. The law gives the judge the option of waiving the jail time and allowing the defendant to go free OR sending them to jail (or in my case, prison). So once again, I'm at the mercy of someone who sees me as if “A-1 is the Devil”. SMH. So what do you think she's gonna do??
